Chase Mills

Chase Mills, an Ohio native, grew up in the North Side of Columbus. A natural athlete, he excelled in football and was an All-State Ohio High School Cornerback and Return Specialist. He always had a passion for music as well as sports and they met when he was playing football at Muskingum College. Chase and his teammates downloaded home recording software and chipped in on a mic to record his first mixtape titled “Money On Campus”. The mixtape earned airplay on the college’s radio station and this inspired Chase to make music his focus.

In 2010 he moved to Miami to pursue a career in music and acting. Chase dropped his second solo mixtape “Crook Lyfe Vol. 1″ and his first official music video for “Nice”. He then met Chicago artist Ricky Polo and strengthened his Casual Crooks brand. Together they teamed up under the name “The Casual Crooks” and joined the High-95 Tour with J Savvy and over 20 other acts up and down the East Coast in the summer of 2013.

Chase draws influences from artists like Jay-Z, Fabolous, and Pusha-T. His style blends his roots in the midwest with the South Florida music and nightlife scene and appeals to fans from all types of ages and backgrounds.

Chase met an agent in Miami who booked him in several television/print, commercial, and movie appearances including 2013’s Parker, Step Up 4, and Burn Notice.

Chase is currently in the studio recording for his next solo mixtape as well as the debut Casual Crooks mixtape. Tour dates coming soon.
